If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I (Michael A. Grant) am happy to accept returns within 30 days, in exchange for a full refund.

To initiate a return, email michaelgrant1993@gmail.com , quoting your order number and detailing which items you wish to return. I will then email you a pre-paid postage label which you can use to return the item(s).

Terms

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Only physical items can be returned (not digital downloads).
• The items to be returned must be in their original condition, with no visible signs of wear (unless they were damaged when the buyer received them).
• If the buyer wishes to return an entire order I will refund the original purchase price, plus shipping costs. If the buyer ordered several physical items and only wishes to return part of the order, I will refund the purchase price of the returned items but not the shipping costs. If the customer has had to pay additional costs (e.g. import fees) I will not be able to refund these.
• I will pay the postage required for the buyer to return the item(s).
• Refunds will be processed on receipt of the returned item(s).
